Potty Training

Okay, first off, potty training is much tougher than I thought! Little Man really isn't showing interest because that's just his personality. He's never minded being wet or poopy. He would sit in a messy diaper for a long time if we let him. It just doesn't faze him. He's showing curiosity in the potty at times but nothing serious. I figured this was a good time because he's almost 2 1/2 and I'm off for the summer. If by chance I did get a job I kinda want to have this behind us. We finally got to where Pull Ups will work. At first he thought they were swim diapers and thought he was going swimming every time we put one on. So at least he will wear them now. We've been trying to get him excited about a "potty party". When he poops or pees in his potty we are going to have a party for him with cupcakes and balloons. It's been 2 days and still no poop or pee. He's gotten much better about sitting on the potty and trying to go, but so far it just hasn't happened. Hopefully by the end of a the week we will get into a routine and we'll have some success!!!!
