Disappointed

Potty training is still going on and some days are awesome and others are not so great, but I finally thought I found something that would really get Little man potty trained in no time......going to preschool. He talks about going to school all the time and I keep telling him that he has to use the potty all the time and wear underwear in order to go to school. The neighbor called me last week and said that she called the one right near our house, within walking distance, and told me that Alex was eligible to go and the price was so right. I was going to set up a tour for Thursday morning since my mom was going to be here. Here's the disappointing part, he's actually not eligible. I think she got the different programs mixed up or something because he needed to be three by December 1st in order to go this year. She also told me it was a year round program and come to find out, it's not. So here I've been telling Little man that we're going to see a school this week and if he started using the potty and wearing underwear he would be able to go. He has a great memory and I feel terrible because now I have to go back on my word :o( Things get so much more complicated when they get older!
