Cold and Snowy

R and I were talking last night about how sick we are of winter and we both decided that this is going to make spring/summer seem so much more enjoyable. In Florida it was pretty much perfect all the time so you take it for granted, but here you actually have something to look forward to and when it's here you 'll have all those snowy days to think back to. I dream about what the spring/summer days will feel like and how enjoyable they will be and that's what's getting me by at the moment. I checked the weather forecast for the next 10 days and the temps still appear to be hovering around the 30's with snow showers. Hopefully, by April the days will start to get warmer and we'll be starting to enter spring.

I'm not doing much this weekend because we are still exhausted from last weekend and the party. We are just doing things around the house. R is networking the house so he'll be working in the basement most of the day today. I'm just going to catch up on some much needed cleaning and probably prep Little man's room for his new "big boy bed" (aka twin bed). I had a friend that is moving and she gave us the box spring and mattress last weekend so we need to get it into Little man's room. I'll also need to venture out and get grocery shopping done either today or tomorrow. I really like weekends that aren't busy because we get to relax and just hang out.
