Pleasantly Surprised
I had my OB appt today at 10:45am and I got right in which was nice, but then had to wait in the exam room for a little bit. My BP was 122/68, my weight was 162, and my glucose came back perfect. The heart beat and belly measurement was good, though he didn't tell me what they were exactly. We discussed VBAC again and I was happy to hear they don't push you to get an epidural. He was really cool about the whole thing and told me that it was my show and he's just there for the experience, I make the calls. He did explain that they won't use Pito.cin or any meds that ripen the cervix, but that they would break my water if I needed induced. I am fully aware that I could end up with another C-section depending on how things play out but so far so good, baby appears to be head down. I go back in 4 weeks, which will be July 9th and then from there it will be every 2 weeks. I can't believe this pregnancy is going so fast!

Pregnancy really does fly the second time around, huh? I'm experiencing that as well.
I'm so happy your doctor is comfortable with allowing you to try a VBAC. It's great that you're open to and still aware that it might not work...b/c of course you wouldn't want to be disappointed if you were to have to have a section. I hope it works out for you!!!
Oh I'm so glad your doctor is so supportive. He sounds great! Time really is flying!
