Karma Does Exist!

The weather is just gorgeous here in MI. It's the beginning of November and we are rocking out 70 degree weather which is unheard of, well that's a stretch but it doesn't happen very often. Our fall has been really nice. I definitely am not ready for winter so these beautiful days really lift my spirits. We got done with lunch and went on a walk in this perfect weather. When we got home R's cell phone rang. It was his old boss. The guy who was going to have him fired if he didn't resign is no longer with the university and that's one of the reasons she was calling. She told him to keep an open mind if he were to get a phone call in the next few days from the university. We don't quite know what that means but I'm guessing they finally figured out what a worthless piece of crap this guy was and gave him the stupid ultimatum that R was given. They are in the process of totally reorganizing the department that he was the head of and are making some changes because after all R wasn't the only person who had problems with that department. If anything R gets the satisfaction of knowing that he wasn't the problem and that he was doing a good job in his position. I love it when karma rolls around to bite someone in the a$$ that really deserves it. So we'll see what the next week or so brings but it sure would be nice for an apology or some sort of acknowledgement that they messed up.
