Walking in a Winter Wonderland Once Again

As you probably guessed we got dumped on once again last night with a lovely 3 inches of snow. The trees are all covered, you look outside and it's a beautiful white out, too bad it's the END of March!!!!!!!!!!!! April really is the cut off for final snow falls I am beginning to believe. Last month we were at a bridal shower and as we were conversing about the nasty winter a woman said that the beginning of April really is the cut off. She remembered that we got a snow storm one year at the beginning of April and her husband was mad because she had already taken down the reflectors that kept the snow plows out of their yard. I was thinking to myself that it just had to be done before the beginning of April, but now I'm beginning to find truth in her statement. Don't expect spring before mid April. Yes we will have nice days where the temps will be in the 50's but don't get used to it because the next day we get snow. I miss Florida and actually R agreed with me yesterday, which was shocking. There isn't much he misses about that state. At least the sun is out today and it's supposed to get into the 40's so some of it will melt, but still, it's getting a bit depressing. Looks like my friend will truly have a "white" wedding, with at least some snow still around. Enjoy the weather in your neck of the woods because it's nothing to write home about here.

When winter is first getting started, sometimes I get a little envious of all the other bloggers and their snow pictures. However, now that it's officially spring, and it's in the 60s and 70s most days, I'm over it...bring on the warm weather...I'm ready to get in the pool!

You'll be there too before you know it :).
