What a Weekend!

I feel like I need the upcoming week to recover from this crazy weekend we had. I didn't get much sleep on Thursday night because of R's little flip out, which he kept apologizing for the next day and the rest of the weekend. We'll most likely talk about that this Thursday at our session. Things have been great, I'm just hoping we keep with the counseling so that we can have all great days.

So I had to wake up at 5am on Friday morning because I was spending the day enjoying the women's conference that R bought me for my birthday. It was a great day! The keynote speaker was Car.son Kre.ssley and man was he awesome and so damn funny. All of us went and R and Little man had a boys day while I was in the conference. We all had to go because Little man and I had to meet up with my parents to go two hours south to where my brother was graduating from college the next day.

We met my parents at 4pm and then met up with my brother around 6ish for dinner. After dinner my mom and I took Little man to R's sister's house so he could stay the night and spend the morning while we were at graduation. After dropping him off we met up with my brother and dad at a bar and hung out until about 10pm, which was fun because I got to sit and drink water. Lastly, we made it to the nasty hotel and I crashed because I was so tired.

Saturday morning we woke up at around 6:30am, got ready, ate breakfast, and then headed to graduation. It was a really nice ceremony and lasted from 9-11am. We took some pictures and then headed for a mid morning snack before picking up Little man. After picking him up we headed to my parent's house for my brother's open house which started at 2pm. R had already scheduled himself to run in a race on Saturday, so that's why he didn't come with us, and also, my brother couldn't get enough tickets for the ceremony. R drove to my parent's house after his race and got all the food set up and ready for the guests arriving at 2pm. We got home about 1:45 and he had everything done. He's so great! The open house was just family and it turned out really nice. We hung out until 7pm and then drove the 2 hours home.

What an exhausting couple days, but it was well worth it, and tons of fun! Yesterday we just worked on the yard and tried to relax.
