I concentrated on school work today and in the end it turned out to be a very productive day in every aspect. I started my day at my favorite coffee shop working on my synthesis paper. It was required to be 1500-2000 words (8-10 pages, I swore it was supposed to be 10-12, my pregnancy memory is kicking in) and by the time I left I had over 1500 words with just a few paragraphs to go. My hair appt. was at 11:45 (yes another pregnancy memory moment, I swore it was 10:45am) so I left the coffee shop and drove to my appt. I really liked the stylist and place so I'm for sure going to make that my permanent salon. The great thing is that they have full spa services too and are in the process of a huge renovation. The place is going to be awesome when it's done.
After my hair appt I wasn't quite ready to go back to paper writing so I wandered downtown and found the greatest toy store and kids consignment shop. I got the coolest sling and diaper bag from the consignment shop. The owner gets people to make new products for the store so they had a lot of homemade things in addition to upscale children's used clothing. I got Little man a pair of shoes for $6. The diaper bag however is being made especially for me with this super cute fabric. The woman was so helpful and let me try on the sling, which is also in the cutest fabric. The one thing I did not like about the store was that it was 3/4 girls and only 1/4 boys. I guess boys just wear their clothes out more than girls.
I finally did make it back to working on my paper only to find an e-mail from my professor extending the deadline and adding another paper to my workload. The new paper was actually the one that was due July 6th because they were giving us more time for our synthesis paper. That's what I get for working ahead and being on top of my game! I quickly shifted gears from thinking about my whole master's program to a few of the online learning tools that I experienced. My 750 words online learning tools essay flowed onto the computer screen rather quickly and I finished up that new assignment quite easily.
I'm going to finish up the synthesis paper tomorrow and have my hubby proofread it, just so it will be done. We have a lot of work next week to get done and I'm going to need to have this paper out of the way. There is about 1 week left of this course and the culmination is a big portfolio exhibition chat where my group and I meet in a chat room and share and discuss our online portfolios. We have roughly 2 big assignments that relate to this exhibition and then the actual event to complete, so it will be busy. I can't believe that I'm almost done! Oh and for the best news I received today................................I got a 4.0 in my class I finished last week!!!!! YEAH! So only one more class left to 4.0 and I'll have my perfect G.P.A. that I've been working so hard for.

So yes, I did finally finish all my work for class last night and I submitted it all. Today was the actually due date of everything so I'm just going to use today to check to be sure I have all the required work completed. This leaves me with a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and one class left to focus on. I'm almost done and it feels sooooooo good.
So for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to stay up late last night. R and I had a late dinner, we talked a lot about his feelings (which he brought up!!!) and then I just had to read a chapter in my book before bed. When I finally bedded down it was past midnight!!!!! What was I thinking? I need to get better about going to bed at 9 or 10pm so I can get up early and get things done before Little man wakes up. Needless to say I'm so tired right now and will for sure take a nap during the day today as well as go to bed early tonight!
I have one assignment left to finish for my other class, which I hope to get done today or tomorrow. The bridal shower I'm planning is this weekend so I would like to get school work done so I can start focusing on that. I can't believe it's already the end of June! Pretty much everything is done I just have to put together little boxes for our favors, get cheese and olives, and then help my mom get everything done once we get to my parent's house. We are preparing all the food ourselves so tomorrow night and Saturday morning will be busy.

So I'm 30 weeks today, how time flies! I love being pregnant and I'm trying to enjoy every minute but I'm getting very excited to meet this little Baby boy! I feel like I have so much to do in the next 10 weeks. We have yet to get the nursery ready, but that's on the agenda for next week! Little man is staying with my parents for the week so R and I are going to get the room set up. Mainly we just have to wash the walls, clean out the closet and contents of the room, and set up and move furniture. We decided to keep the wall color the same because we didn't have time to paint, nor the effort it was going to take to cover up bright brick colored walls. I found some cute bedding at Tar.get that will go with the wall color pretty well. Plus it will be a gender neutral room in case there are ever girls in my future!
I really need to have a garage sale and do so many other things but I have to be realistic because I only have one week. I would like to fit in some relaxation since I'll have just finished one of my classes. I didn't meet my goal yesterday of getting my article responses done but I did work equally as long on my assessment project so I was productive. I still have 5 more responses to do and my portfolio assessment reflection to finish. I'll be finishing up tomorrow hopefully. Tonight I'm going to try to finish reading my articles for my responses. I have three more to read but they happen to be quite lengthy.

I was so productive this weekend! On Saturday I got up at 7am and was out the door to Pan.era by 8am to work on classwork. One of my classes is ending this week and I had so much work left to complete. In 3 hours I finished a discussion posting, responded to several classmates, finished two webpages, and wrote a reflective essay about my master's program. I continued to work all through Saturday getting more of my work done, but still feeling like I needed another block of time away to work.
Sunday I got up at 6am and was at Pan.era by 6:30am and worked until 8:45am. I got 4 article responses done along with part of my project. Again I continued to work throughout the day and at the end of the weekend I still have 6 articles responses to do, half of my assessment project and half of my assessment portfolio page to do. Though, I still have a lot to do I feel as though I'm definitely in a good place to wrap everything up and submit everything by Thursday.
The only bummer of this morning is that I woke up to find that my bagel from Pan.era that I was planning on eating became "bread" for my husband's sandwich. I am so disappointed :o( Goal for today: Get the article responses completed

I can't believe that I'm already 29 weeks along, that means roughly 11 more weeks! That doesn't really seem like very much time at all and I feel like I have so much going on between then and now. I think reality will really set in when the dr's appts. get more frequent.
I'm busy trying to figure out a menu for my cousin's bridal shower. We are going for an elegant type theme and trying to avoid the graduation open house type food but we also don't want to make a lot of work for ourselves. My mom and I are both very busy so we can't afford too much prep work. I think I've decided that we'll do 2-3 different types of sandwiches, cucumber, chicken salad and smoked turkey, we need a couple different salads, I found a recipe for a fruit salad, and then we'll have a vegetable, cheese and olive tray. I'm so wishing this was a brunch now because that seems like it would be so much easier!!!!!
My classes are plugging right along! I have like 2 more weeks of one and then the other gets done mid July. I got a lot done last Friday when I worked all day but I still have the projects and 10 assessment links to find, respond to, and post a discussion about. I'm going to need another whole day I think to work on everything. Luckily this weekend is one of our only free weekends the whole summer so I'll need to spend either Saturday or Sunday on that class. Self paced classes are sometimes much harder for me because I am able to put things off.
R and I are doing better. I think we are better able to deal with conflicts and work things out. His work is just really straining our relationship. I've never been in this type of situation before and then he's never had a job like this before and it's SO difficult trying to cope with the situation. Then adding in money, the new baby, and then just being busy into the mix, it's crazy and very stressful at times. Well I have to get going with our day so we can get tons accomplished :o)

R and I have a wedding tonight down by where he works so my in laws came to watch Little man and I'm spending the day studying at a coffee place near where he works. We are meeting for lunch at 12pm so at least I'll have a little break in my day. So far I've read one chapter in my assessment book and I have one more to read before I can write my discussion and respond to my classmates. I've also started taking notes for my assessment project. I can't believe it but this class is over in 2 weeks and I have SO much to do. It's more or less a self paced class so I've been doing a moderate amount of work but putting off the bigger projects because they seemed so far in the future. Here is a list of what I have to accomplish in the next two weeks:
- Read 7 more chapters, write 3 discussions, and respond 7 times minimum to classmates
- Find 10 online resources/articles/etc... to post to a class wide discussion board and write a little summary/discussion/etc... about each one
- Complete a two page assessment project-Your Classroom Assessment Project should contain a two page description of the problem you solved, what you did to solve the problem, and what resources you used. In class, you will present your project and share information from this description.
- Complete an Professional Portfolio page on assessment-a 2 page description of your beliefs, best practices, and/or a description of how those things have changed. In class, you will present some examples or artifacts that represent your assessment beliefs, along with information from this description.
This is just for one class mind you, my other class has another set of tasks that I'm not even going to list here. One thing that I can be happy about is that I'm not stressed out about it, I'll get it done. I may be living at the library or on my computer for the next two weeks but I have complete confidence that things will be fine. This is so much different then how I would normally be reacting. Normally, I would be stressed, freaking out, driving myself insane because I had so much to do, but I refuse to allow myself to get that way because it's not healthy. I have all day today and I'm going to kick butt and get A LOT done.
I was just taking a little break from reading but it's time to get back to work! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I finally proofread my paper last night and made some corrections so I could submit it and be done!!!! I'm looking forward to being done with classes but it's also bittersweet. I have two more classes to take and they aren't offered until the summer 2008 semester. So this spring I won't have any classes. I'm looking forward to having more time to devote to unpacking and organizing the house, playing with Little man, and just overall more time for me; however I'm also going to lose total touch with the academic crowd. I know this may sound weird but though I never met any of the people in my online classes it still felt as though we were colleagues and the group work, readings, and assignments kept my mind intellectually challenged. I know there are other ways to intellectually challenge myself but it was nice to have the semester mapped out and be on the prof plan for learning and completing the work.
I've been helping a friend with his resume and cover letter and the process is sort of coming to an end. We revised the resume and I've given feedback. The cover letter has been a work in progress for many weeks now and finally it's near completed. I sort of got a little sad yesterday when I thought about the process coming to an end. He was sooooo thankful for my help and yet I was soooooo thankful for the opportunity. I feel as though I'm losing intellect staying at home just because I'm not in m y field of work everyday with colleagues and putting all my knowledge to practice. School filled this void for the past 6 months and now I am not going to have that. It's just bittersweet because yes I'm looking forward to some time off but what I'm not looking forward to is losing touch with the academic world.
Winter is pretty much here. This past weekend we got a bit of a storm on Saturday, snow changing to freezing rain. We tried to go buy groceries and get home before it got bad on Saturday night but that didn't work. The roads were pretty slippery on our way home. Luckily we only had a couple miles to drive. Sunday morning R, Little man, and I went out and cleared the sidewalks and driveway of all the snow. Man that is an awesome work out! It was in the 40's on Sunday so it rained all day and got really foggy. We had a full weekend planned but didn't do much of it because of the weather.
Little man is up so I must be going. I had 100 posts last time, it doesn't seem like I've written 100!!! Hope everyone is sending sunshine and warmth to MI :o)

Well I am officially done with one class and I have one more to finish up this week. Tonight I finished revising my project and completed two evaluations of the course. Tomorrow through the rest of the week I have to finish my 7-10 page paper so I can finish up my other class. I will be so glad when this semester is over!
So we got like 2 inches of snow today. It was clear this morning and then all of a sudden around noon it started snowing like hell and didn't let up until just a little while ago. We are completely covered. R had a slow drive home but luckily the road trucks got out quickly and his drive is mostly all highway. I have been constantly freezing since the weather started cooling down and every night around 7pm I just start shivering. My teeth are chattering yet we have the temp in the house up to 72-73. I have been having a hard time falling asleep because I'm so cold and then by morning I wake up sweating profusely!!!! I swear I have circulation problems! I'm really starting to miss Florida!

Well at least with the Harry Potter papers, I'm all finished. I am going to let them set overnight just to be sure I have a clear head when I go through and proof read and revise. They were a struggle and one is really short, but I'm at my wits end. I have two more papers left for my classes until I'm finished with my third semester of grad school. I have a final paper for this children's lit class and then my final design project for my other class, which I just have to finish because the first half is already done. I am hoping to be all done by Thanksgiving!!!!!!
My professor is really late posting the final paper for my children's lit class, it was supposed to be posted on Sunday but she just e-mailed and it's not ready yet. It's fine by me because I just got through with the last assignment. I made an arrangement with my cyber friend in my other class to swap papers for proofreading on Sunday, so I have exactly 4 days to finish my rough draft of my paper for that class. All these papers....I'm ready for a break!
Ok, I'm seriously annoyed by a couple things at the moment and just need to vent. The first being that the house is a disaster. I am able to get very little done between school work and being preschool teacher/camp counselor/nanny/ mother/etc... to Little man. I've been unpacking here and there, bringing in more boxes, all the little things, but the house is in shambles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband is doing NOTHING! All he does is come home from work, help with Little man while I tutor (yes I sorta work :o) and then he lays on the couch and falls asleep. Now I get it, I do, he's working all day long. However, I am too!!!!! My day is crazy with all the things I try to pack in and I know his is probably much more draining because he has the commute and meetings all the time, etc.... but damn I'm going to go crazy if he comes home one more night and falls asleep on the couch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I already have went crazy. It's really hard to keep my mouth from shouting out, "quit being a lazy ass and do some work around here, would you!" I've tried bringing it up nicely, but he's just not doing anything. It's bothering me so much, but every spare minute I have to work on the house is spent writing papers or tutoring. I guess my first point just leaked into my second one there. My second one was that my husband is being a lazy ass!
Have I mentioned that I don't have a car because we can't afford it? Well I don't have a car and therefore I'm stuck only going places within walking distance, which is pretty much the subdivision because everything else is too far to walk and I'd have to cross major roads, and not to mention it's getting cold. It wasn't bad at my parent's house because they had extra cars that I could borrow to go short distances, here I literally have my legs. Which are pretty sore right now because I walked three times around our big subdivision for some much needed exercise and because I was so damn bored. I joined a play group but it's kind of hard to get anywhere without a car. I would invite people over but it looks like a tornado hit the house, well inside the house at least! Ok, there is my rant about that :o)
On to the next one, I'm not liking being a stay at home mom. It makes me feel sad that I didn't fall in love with the job, but I miss going to work and being around adults and kids, but there were at least adults I could talk to and discuss things with. Little man is very active and in the terrible two's stage which doesn't make things easy. He's had a lot of change in the past 6 months and I want so very bad to get his world stable and him on a routine. He functions very well on a routine and likes being able to predict what's coming next. He's actually going to stay with my parents next Sun-?, possibly Thanksgiving because I need to finish these classes and get this house organized. Hopefully after that we'll have all our stuff in it's place and we can begin to start our daily routine. I feel like a bad mother a lot though because I get frustrated and don't like being a stay at home mommy. I'm looking forward to next semester because I'm not going to have any classes. They don't offer the last two I need until the summer semester so I'll be taking the last two then.
Lastly, our health insurance is beginning on December 1st (knock on wood everyone stays healthy until then) and we're going to start trying for baby #2. I'm having serious anxieties about not being able to handle two, if one frustrates me, what am I going to do with two, where I am outnumbered???? I'm scared that Little man won't be potty trained by then and I'll have two in diapers, ahhhh! I'm not sure how you know you are ready for a second. I have been feeling really ready but then I stop and think about the sleep deprivation, and the temper tantrums, and the pure exhaustion of just having one, and I get scared. Ok, that's plenty of venting for tonight!

We are in our new house with all our things!!!!! It's been like Christmas unpacking all of our things that have pretty much been in boxes for half a year!!!!! I forgot that I had some of the things that I have and also forgotten that I decided not to keep other things.
Me: R where is the dust buster?
R: We threw it out, remember
Me: We threw it out? Did I agree to that?
R: Yes, you were the one who said it was too disgusting to keep and that we could buy another one
Me: Oh, yeah, ok
Luckily there aren't too many exchanges like that! I did have to buy a new dust buster and new bathroom rugs today because we did indeed decide not to have them accompany us to MI.
R has been AMAZING!!!!!!! He did so much of the moving all by himself and thanks to my father, my mom and I just got to keep Little Man occupied and help here and there. We still have a lot to unpack but all of our stuff is here and we are finally in a house of our own!!!!!! It's been my dream soooooooo long. Unfortunately I haven't been able to unpack and organize as quickly as I would have like to because of school. I have about three more weeks left of one class and this week is my last week for the other class. The class that ends this week though is very time consuming because I have tons of reading and papers to write. I'm actually supposed to be doing classwork right now but I took a break to blog. I have one more article to read and then a 1-2 page paper to write summarizing the article and then a 5-7 page paper tying the whole unit together and reflecting on the scholarship of Har.ry Pott.er. I'm also going to have one more paper assigned this week as a culmination of the semester.
I better get back to work!!!!
Monday, November 05, 2007
So we are moving this coming weekend and I have so much school work! We are working on the scholarship of Harry P.otter in my children's lit class this week and I have 7 articles to read and each of them requires a 1 page summary, then a 5-7 page paper pulling everything together. In addition in my other class I have 4 more chapters to read, and 4 discussion questions to answer. I am the group moderator this week so I have to write up our group's summary. Of course I couldn't start the work earlier last week for Harry P.otter because I forgot to order the book I needed to read the articles from. I totally missed it on the syllabus so I had to rush delivery and it arrived last Thursday. Well that didn't leave me any time because I was busy at the end of last week and then this weekend we were busy with the house all weekend. I got some work done, but NOT a lot.
I'm tutoring online now so I have some time to get some reading done, but it's hard to write because I'm having to switch between screens. I'll be glad when this week is over!

I cannot believe that it's the first week in October in MI and we've been having temps well into the 80's. I attended a baby shower with my mother in law yesterday and part of it was outside. I was sweating and soooo hot. The weather has been unbelievable! Yesterday we had a very busy day. We left to go up north to my in laws house at 9am. The baby shower was at 12:30 and we were there until 3pm. It was fun, I hadn't been to a shower in awhile. R went with his friend out on the boat and to lunch because Little Man was sleeping. We got home right around the time that he had woken up. R got home shortly after that and then he and I took a walk downtown and visited all my favorite shops. To end our visit we went to my favorite pizza place and had what I consider to be awesome pizza, although, no pizza critic would agree. Then we headed for home and arrive exactly 12 hours after we left at 9pm.
It was so cute because I think it's the first time Little Man has seen stars. He woke up when we got home so R was showing him the stars as we were walking in. We could never see stars in FL and then he's never up that late to be able to see them on normal nights here in MI. This morning when he woke up we overhead him via the monitor, "where are all the stars?" It was precious!
Today I am stuck doing all the work that I didn't get to from the rest of the week. I'm pretty behind, so I'm sure it will take most of the day. I actually don't mind though because I'm happy to sit and relax reading and writing after such a busy day yesterday. Our weekends always seem so busy that I actually look forward to the weeks. Well I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I just wanted to wish GFF good luck on defending her dissertation tomorrow and wish Chas a fun filled FL vacation!!!!!!

On Friday I busted my butt to get my assignments for class done before we left for our race. R, Little man, and I went to Holland, MI to stay with R's friend A before our 5K race yesterday morning. We left about 4:30 and ate dinner at M@caroni Grill in Grand Rapids. We arrived in Holland and A and J were gone to a rehersal dinner so we just let ourself in their beautiful house and hung out playing pool and watching TV until they got home. We stayed up until 11:30pm chatting and catching up before we hit the sack for the night.
Yesterday morning we woke up at 6:00am to get ready for our 5K run in Saugatuck, MI. It takes about 20 minutes to get there from Holland. R's parents met us at the race so they could watch Little man while we ran. R ended up getting 2nd place in his age group and I ended up getting 8th. I bet my last time by about 1 minute, but the second mile killed me. I always tank it on the second mile. My third mile was of course my fastest. We stayed long enough for R to get his award before we left to head to lunch. We met A and J at Applebee'$ for lunch, along with R's parents. From there we headed home and proceeded to crash from lack of sleep and running. I layed down for a nap at around 5:30 and didn't wake up until 10:20pm, whoops.
Today I am struggling to get my last assignment done for the week. It's a reflection of what I learned this week in my children's lit class. We do so much reflecting that I feel like I am saying the same stuff over and over. This reflection has to be 2-3 pages, where as the rest have just been 1-2 so I have to think of more to write about what I "learned." Tomorrow I have a meeting with the elementary school principal to set up my case study students and volunteering at the school. I have to prepare for that meeting tonight as well as dig something out of boxes to wear since all our stuff is pretty much packed still from the move. My schedule is so damn busy that I feel like I don't have enough time in the day.
Little man is driving me NUTS!!!! He's now decided to fight tooth and nail with the whole potty training thing and now has started throwing a fit with getting dressed. I really need to get him on a predictable, set schedule so that he knows exactly what to expect. Well I've put off this assignment long enough. I'll write more later.
Tuesday, September 11, 2007
Little Man has refused to use the potty today. We still set him on it a couple times per day but he didn't do anything. This potty training deal is so much organization on my part and I'm not doing very well. Part of the issue is trying to find the time to work in potty breaks. He's so smart and capable but he just is stubborn. On top of that the weather got really cold this week! It's in the mid 60's and I'm freezing. Well not to mention it's really windy and rainy. It's the cold type of rain too, so it's apparent that fall is coming!!! I have nothing against fall and actually quite enjoy the season except it means that it's one step closer to the bone chilling season of winter!
Good news....I got Little Man signed up for music and it actually doesn't start until next week so we will hopefully get his materials on the first class. I was going to do Mondays at 10am but then I got to thinking that it's a 30 minute drive home and the class lasts 45 minutes so that would go past lunch time. I like to try to keep him on the same schedule because he seems to do better with structure. The Tuesday class is at 9:30am so we'll get home in time for me to make lunch and then he can eat on time. Plus it will break up our morning nicely. Tomorrow story hour at the library starts and that's from 10-11. He's actually supposed to be 3 1/2 in order to go but they are letting him go as long as I stay with him. It will at least give him interaction with other children and I'm sure that he will have fun. I've noticed that he actually behaves better if there are older children playing with him because he looks up to them and doesn't try to steal their toys or push their buttons because he knows they are bigger than him.
School is going okay. I had to watch Charlotte's Web (1973 version) last night for my children's lit class and then tonight I have to watch the 2006 one with the real animals. I have a motivation assessment due tomorrow for my other class which I have yet to start, that's my task for tonight! Then for my third class I have to set up a time to meet with the elementary principal so I can get some volunteer hours in and find a couple of students that I can work with for my case studies. I'm a little behind on that!!!!! I have to have them identified by next Tuesday. I kept putting it off because the school year just started and I didn't want to bombard the principal right when school started.
Well that's an update as to what's going on today. I'm unusually tired today and really would like to take a nap. Unfortunately I wasted my break time when Little Man was sleeping finishing an assignment due today and watching part of "You, Me, and Dupree" I love Kate Hudson, but yeah the movie isn't that great.
Monday, September 10, 2007
Little man used the potty three times today!!!! I still think he can't really tell when he has to go because they all seemed like they just happened and it really surprised him. We have the potty with the music and every time the music would start because he was peeing he would gasp. It was so cute. So maybe we will finally get potty trained for pee, I think poop is going to take longer. I got him signed up for a music class that starts tomorrow morning so hopefully that will give him something fun to do as well as other children to interact with. We got out his portfolio and pictures from his old daycare and he was naming all the kids and admiring his art work. I sure so miss that daycare!!! I know that may seem terrible to some people but I liked the social interaction and curriculum at his daycare, which was actually a preschool. I can't seem to provide the same type of environment that he loved at daycare. Mainly because we live in such a small town and I don't really know anyone, despite my efforts to try to go places to meet people. We start story hour on Wednesday so hopefully we'll meet some people there.
So on to my grad classes.....I'm busy! Chas asked about my children's lit class and I love the material but the prof is a bit disorganized. We have a lot of daily assignments due so it's a lot of busy work. All my classes are online so it's a lot of paper writing and group discussions. Online learning has it's benefits but I am missing face to face interaction. Hopefully next semester it will work out that I will actually get to take the classes towards my early childhood endorsement on campus. It all depends on where we end up and if it's too far to drive.
So R and I got to tailgate on Saturday with some friends and then go watch the game at the bar. It was a fun afternoon. My mom watched Little Man and they had a good time going to the library and eating icecream. I think Little Man is lucky that we live with my parents and he gets to see them so often. I think he has seen his grandparents more than I've seen mine over my entire life. They only live three hours away but we didn't see them much when we were kids. We actually see them more now that we are grown because we get together more often mainly because I think we realize that they are getting older.
Well I have to get busy on school work so I will update more later on in the week.

Well the job turned out to be interesting but the pay wasn't what we were hoping for....only 25-35K which without me working isn't going to work out unless we kept living with my parents :o( He called his two other jobs that he really wants and he's still in the running and there is hope there so we'll see what happens. I mean maybe they won't even offer him the job, but it sucks to have to turn something down because it just wouldn't support your family. I feel helpless because I obviously didn't have any luck finding a job. Had I got a job 25-35K probably would have worked out for the time being. He did find out that he didn't get two other jobs that he applied for, but we have yet to get the rejection letters in the mail.
I, on the other hand am totally have problems with motivation right now. My classes are giving me difficulty just because they are hard to keep track of being all online and some of the content is giving me fits. I have an educational psych class, a children's lit class, and a literacy class, not an easy load. I keep going through phases where I want to keep them all and bust ass and get them done but then another part of me wants to lighten my load and drop one. It's hard to stay motivated when you aren't going to class and having face to face interaction. I love the flexibility but sometimes it's just hard!
The days are also getting so monotonous! We were supposed to have a playdate at the park today and low and behold it rains!!! Go freakin figure! It may or may not get rescheduled so who knows if we will have the opportunity again. I found a music class that I would love to get Little Man involved in but it's like 30 minutes away and it costs $158. It's 12 sessions for 45 minutes each and I know he would love it because he's in LOVE with music. I would meet other mothers and he would be able to interact with other children, but the money and gas thing is the issue, plus it adds to my schedule. So we'll see????
